2. Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or change a reservation please let us know as soon as possible so your pitch may be reallocated.

3. Conduct

Guests have the use of Auchnahillin Holiday/Caravan & Camping Park, its property and facilities only by our permission.

Behaviour we deem inappropriate or any breach of these Conditions may result in termination of permission without compensation, and you will be asked to leave.

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours at all times, particularly 10pm-8am when noise must be kept to an absolute minimum.

4. Check-In/-Out

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, arrival is normally after 12 noon and ideally before dark (latest 9pm), departure by 12 noon.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates please let us know as soon as possible.

5. Electricity

Electric hook-up is available only to touring units with a designated socket professionally fitted to the exterior of their accommodation unit. We do not provide electric for tents.

Electricity Is from a 10 Amp supply, suitable for travel and other low wattage appliances.
For information, a 1kW/1000W appliance uses approximately 4.2 amps.

We do not permit the use of electric heaters or other high consumption appliances, nor of generators howsoever fuelled.

6. Dogs and other pets

If you intend to bring any dogs or other pets please let us know when booking.

Friendly well-behaved dogs are welcome, on the understanding that they will never be left unattended in your accommodation unit or anywhere else on the park, nor left in any accommodation while the person/s responsible for them are off site, they will be kept on leads under proper control at all times when outside on the park, they will not be allowed in the children’s play area at any time, and any fouling elsewhere is cleared up immediately and disposed of appropriately (metal bins outside Reception).

No responsibility will be taken by the park owners for any damage caused by or to any visiting dog.

You are welcome to walk your dog on-lead anywhere around the site, otherwise walks directly from the site will involve 5-10 minutes walking south (turn left at our entrance) alongside the adjacent B9154 road (normally quiet and has grass verges), before you are able to get off-road onto forestry tracks. Better/longer nearby walks involve taking a vehicle 5-10 minutes south along the B9154 road, parking up and walking your dog/s along estate or forestry tracks. For more information please get in touch.
